Biographical / Historical
Albert Wilson (1903-1966) studied at Stanford University; he earned an AB in Botany in 1927, and an AM in Biology in 1934.
Wilson was a botanist, author, and landscape architect. He authored several gardening books, and hosted gardening-themed television
and radio talk shows in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Scope and Contents
Collection consists of photographic slides of San Francisco Bay Area plants and gardens including UC Berkeley Botanical Garden
& Tilden Park, California. Also includes images of the American West, New York Estates, Europe, Asia, and images of Wilson.
Collection dates range from approximately 1950-1980.
