Description
The Jack Skinner papers are comprised of material, such as notes, reports, correspondence, and maps, created during the course of research and advocacy for clean water in Southern California. Much of the material pertains to Newport Bay, but the collection also contains material about the San Diego Creek, the Santa Ana River, and the Irvine Ranch Water District.
