    Abstract: Logbooks for Alaska Packers Association vessels under the command of Captain Charles Wiese (SAFR 16445, HDC 161) describe voyages on the CENTENNIAL (barkentine), KANAK (power fishing boat), STAR OF ENGLAND (bark, 3m), STAR OF FINLAND (ship, 3m) and STAR OF RUSSIA (ship, 3m). The first log is a rough log for the STAR OF FINLAND, CENTENNIAL and STAR OF RUSSIA for voyages between San Francisco and Alitak, Alaska from 1922 to 1925. The second log is for the STAR OF FINLAND and the STAR OF ENGLAND for voyages between San Francisco and Alitak, Alaska from 1926 to 1928. The thrid log is another rough log for the STAR OF ENGLAND and the KANAK from 1937 to 1938. The collection is available for research use without restriction.
