Ralph C. Dailard (1907-1991) was the San Diego Superintendent of School from 1954 through 1968. The collection is a mixed materials assortment of awards, velo-bound books, correspondence, ephemera, news clippings, overhead transparencies, and photographs. The majority of the material is clustered around his promotion in 1954 to the position of Superintendent and his retirement early in 1969.
