This collection includes pamphlets, booklets, posters, periodicals, and literature regarding the United States involvement and sentiments of World War I, World War II, and the Vietnam War. Among the WWII materials, many originate from the organization Committee to Defend America (1940-1942). Also represented are newsletters from Japanese American incarceration camps from the Topaz, UT, Gila River, AZ, Tule Lake,CA, and Heart Mountain, WY sites. Notably from the Heart Mountain Sentinel periodicals is a comic strip created by artist and former Hollywood animator, Bennie Nobori.
