Information provided in these documents includes names and business locations of both the Assignor and Assignee, the nature of the Assignor’s business, and the date and signature of both parties. Certificates also include the Recorder’s Certificate, which notes the name of the Recorder, the business names of the Assignor and Assignee, date and time of recordation, document number, and is signed and dated by the Deputy Recorder.
