prescribed and the charges for the visit. For example, "Monday, November 1st 1847, #11 Allen Johns visit wife delivering infant
and placenta" while on "Monday, May 1, 1848, #7 Capt. Henry Sterret visit Henrietta at night, extracting tooth opium 1 [ounce]."
