Processing Information

In 2021, USC Libraries Special Collections staff found a folder of posters from this collection that had been separated for a past exhibit. These posters were rehoused in an oversize folder. Also in 2021, Special Collections staff found an inventory of the collection  compiled by Paul Hansom in 1996. The inventory was scanned, uploaded to the Online Archive of California, and linked to this finding aid as a digital object (see "Digital Material"). The inventory lists the collection's poster in the physical order that they were arranged in boxes in 1996. The physical order of the posters and their box numbers as they are listed in the 1996 inventory may no longer be accurate for many of the posters. There may not be a box numbered 13 in this collection, but there are boxes numbered 12 and 14.
