Processing Information

In 2021, Special Collections staff found an inventory of the collection compiled by Paul Hansom in 1996. The inventory was scanned, uploaded to the Online Archive of California, and linked to this finding aid as a digital object (see "Digital Material"). The inventory lists the collection's posters as they were physically arranged in boxes in 1996. The physical order of the posters and their box numbers as they are listed in the 1996 inventory may no longer be accurate for many of the posters. Some material from the collection has been separated and rehoused from the previous arrangement described in the 1996 inventory. This rehoused material is listed under the series titled "Material separated and rehoused from previous arrangement."
