Description
This collection contains correspondence, technical reports, publications, transparencies, compact discs and maps of the engineering
consulting work of Dr. B.J. (William J.) Miller for the California/Federal (CALFED) Bay Delta Program. His work focused on
the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta and the near-extinction of the fish species smelt, steelhead, salmon and sturgeon. Miller
received his B.E. in Civil Engineering and M.S. in Sanitary Engineering from Vanderbilt University and his Ph.D. in Sanitary
Engineering from the University of California Berkeley.
