Content Description
This collection contains two correspondence written by Pvt. Stanislaus Borkowski, AEF to his family during the First World
War.
Of particular note: in one letter, he writes about the possibility of him dying but says he would rather die in the service
of this "good cause" because it is "better than going 'west' naturally because when doing so one passes out with out any one
benifitting by the demise."
