This series contains 49 letters from Pvt. Francis J. "Frank" Greechan to his parents, Daniel and Margaret Greechan in Allentown,
Pennsylvania. Greechan first served at the end of the Second World War and then served again in the Korean War. He describes
life in service, training, guard duty, target practice, and social activities. He writes that he misses his parents and life
in Allentown very much. In the spring of 1947, Greechan spent time in a hospital in Pusan for kidney trouble.
