Provenance of the collection is unknown and there is no biographical or historical information available.
Scope and Content
The collection consists of photographs of equipment related to twentieth century radio and television broadcasting. Includes
images of indoor and outdoor equipment such as antennas and towers, recording equipment, control and monitoring machines,
microphones, loud speakers, studio layouts, stations and transmitters, among other equipment. Also contains a small amount
of audio visual related literature, a small number of photographs taken at National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) conventions,
and what appears to be photographs of RCA personnel. Individual photographs are not dated. The provenance of this material
is unknown, however, it may have a connection to Radio Corporation of America (RCA). Many of the photographs are housed in
highly acidic folders and/or plastic sleeves.
