Description
This collection primarily consists of correspondence and administrative files relating to Hubbard's work at NASA. It also includes materials from his work on the Columbia Accident Investigation Board (CAIB).
Background
Hubbard is currently a Professor in Stanford University's Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He worked at NASA for 20 years. He spent time as NASA's Mars program director and was the director of NASA's Ames Research Center from 2002-2006. In 2003, he was the NASA representative on the Columbia Accident Investigation Board (CAIB).
