The United Farm Workers (UFW) agricultural labor union began selling Black Eagle Wines in
2008. The union's wines were made from Napa Valley grapes grown by UFW members. The UFW
introduced the wine on Cesar Chavez Day, 2008, and the proceeds went to the UFW.
