Scope and Contents

This collection consists of restaurant menus, recipes, matchbook covers, event programs and menus, postcards, and other ephemera related to Jewish food. The restaurant menus are arranged geographically and are listed in order of quantity. The recipes consist of handwritten recipes, recipes from magazines and newspapers, online recipes, product recipes, and other sources.
