Army vet Lee Miller and her lover and Navy veteran, Catherine Parker, founded the organization. The collection contains administrative records, including by-laws and strategic planning memo; correspondence; Board materials, including meeting minutes, agendas, and notes; financial records, including budgets, and fundraising and grant materials; and publicity and newsclippings.
