Scope and Content of Collection
This collection contains records of the Restitution Project, an organization devoted to publicly acknowledging and affirming
the contributions of LGBT veterans and service members. Army vet Lee Miller and her lover and Navy veteran, Catherine Parker,
founded the organization. The collection contains administrative records, including by-laws and strategic planning memo; correspondence;
Board materials, including meeting minutes, agendas, and notes; financial records, including budgets, and fundraising and
grant materials; and publicity and newsclippings.
