The Joseph Scott Collection consists of his scrapbooks on such issues as Irish independence and materials related to honors and testimonials that this well-known Los Angeles personage received.

Joseph Scott (1867-1958) was a Los Angeles attorney, writer, orator and prominent Catholic layman, who served many years on the Los Angeles Board of Education, and as president of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce from 1910-1911.
