and testimonials that this well-known Los Angeles personage received.
Background
Joseph Scott (1867-1958) was a Los Angeles attorney, writer, orator and prominent Catholic layman, who served many years on
the Los Angeles Board of Education, and as president of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce from 1910-1911.
