    Content Description

    This collection consists of personal materials from Ewart Yasukawa's time serving in the 442nd Regimental Combat Team Company I in World War II. Most of the materials are from his time in the Army but there are some post-War materials relating to his Company.

    Biographical / Historical

    Ewart Suyehiro Yasukawa was born in 1916 in Sacramento. He enlisted in the Army in 1941 and joined the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, Company I.
