Black and white and color photographs of LGBT events in San Francisco. Includes erotica.
Richard Roesener was born and raised in Kokomo, Indiana. He moved to San Francisco in 1977 from Chicago, where he was chief scientific illustrator at the Field Museum of Natural History. He was a lead twirler for the San Francisco Gay Freedom Day Marching Band and Twirling Corps for several years before he died in 1985.
