University Tenth Presidential Search Committee, including files on nominees and candidates,
reports, notes, news clippings, correspondence, and press releases.
The Stanford University Tenth Presidential Search Committee was convened in 1999. Its
charge was to recommend a candidate for president to the Board of Trustees. In April 2000,
John L. Hennessey was announced as the successor to ninth president Gerhard Casper.
Restricted 75 years from date of creation.
