Description
Unpublished short stories, essays, and a photocopy of a printed manuscript, Letters to Laurence, circa 1993-2004, by R. A. Horne. He published his works of fiction using the pseudonym, Blaise Bulot and his nonfiction works as R.A. Horne.
Background
R.A. Horne was born in Haverhill, Massachusetts on March 10, 1929. He completed his undergraduate degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and continued at the University of Vermont earning a Master's of Science in Chemistry. He went on to receive a Master's of Arts in Philosophy from Boston University, his doctorate in Chemistry from Columbia University, and then a law degree from Suffolk University Law School. He also pursued his interest in art, attending School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, San Francisco Art Institute, and a school operated by the University of Arizona in Florence, Italy.
