There are two major components to the collection: a large scrapbook-type photo album (actually a wallpaper sample book that documents many aspects of Kapps' life), and a complete drag outfit featuring a beaded 'flapper' dress and accessories. Also included is a folder of loose photographs of Kapps’ family and friends, images from an early San Francisco Artist’s Soap Box Derby, and a high school yearbook and reunion booklet.
