Description
The collection documents the work of Dina Boyer, a transgender woman who created a public access television show in San Francisco, CA. The show was run by trans people and documented trans life. The show was broadcast from S.F. Community Access Studios in the late 1990s and 2000s. Boyer also worked as a photographer and journalist and documented San Francisco events and various subjects, including political demonstrations, transgender events, nature and wildlife, and others. The collection includes audiovisual material, Boyer personalia, computer media, newspaper clippings, notebooks, and other material.
