Abstract: The Liberty Ships specifications collections {SAFR 17613, HDC 0047), is comprised of plans and diagrams relative to Liberty
and Victory ships circa 1942. Liberty Ship documents include an Operating Instructions and Stability Book for EC2 type, plans
showing dimensions or measurements for stowage, pipe capacity, ballast, and cargo capacities. Victory Ship documents include
an Operating Instructions and Stability Book, and Stowage Plans booklets for VC-2 S AP3 type. The collection is open and ready
for use.
