Scope and Content of Collection
Parcel maps delineate the division of real property. Each map must abide by these requirements: Drawing and certificate must
be legible and in permanent black ink or printed or reproduced, using permanent black ink on tracing cloth or polyester base
film; Minimum size 18” x 26” with 1” margins; Evidence of ownership (title guarantee); Certificate of owner(s) signature(s);
Certificate of approval signed and sealed by City Engineer or County Surveyor; Must contain Certificate of Recorder; Certificate
by Clerk of Board/City Clerk; Signature(s) acknowledged.
