Abstract: Letter from E.H. Miller, an official of the Central Pacific Railroad to D.A. Bender, General Freight and Passenger Agent for
the Virginia & Truckee Railroad dated August 1, 1873, and stating that it would not be possible to put sleeping cars on the
run between Sacramento and Carson City.
