Scope and Contents note

This series contains 2 letters between Boyce and Dr. Emmett V. Martin, who co-authored several publications on plant adaptations with plant ecologist Frederic E. Clements. Boyce asked Martin to idenitify the location of the experimental dune and ridge gardens created by Martin and Clements at the Campbell Estate (Coal Oil Point).
