Abstract: The Riesenberg family papers (SAFR 18804, HDC 0463) includes manuscripts, notes and correspondence to and from Captain Felix Riesenberg (1879-1939). From Felix Riesenberg, Jr. (1913-1962), there are manuscript chapters for "Sea War" and incoming and outgoing correspondence. There are also several manuals from steamship companies and the U.S. government. This collection has been processed and is open for use without restriction.

Felix Riesenberg, 1879-1939 and Felix Riesenberg, 1913-1962 were father and son who both wrote about life at sea.
