This collection contains four correspondence to Patrice Rowe from two different individuals during the Vietnam War. The authors
were Corporal W.S. "Stan" Temple, United States Marine Corps, and Photographer's Mate Second Class, Michael "Mike" Hammond,
United States Navy and the letters were written between 1968 and 1969.
The correspondence discusses everyday life, both in the service and at home. The bulk of these letters come from Hammond,
serving aboard the USS Constellation in the Gulf of Tonkin.
