calling cards, dance cards, greeting cards, clippings, postcards, notes, class registration cards, and photographs. Some items
pertain to Lowell High School in San Francisco, where she graduated in 1905, including a photograph of the girls basketball
team. Other photographs include beach scenes, groups of women students at Stanford, student outings, football games 1905-06,
Encina Club members, 1906, and the men of the Class of 1907, taken in 1905. Volume one also includes a Stanford University
transcript for William Henry Tucker.

Biographical/Historical Sketch
Ruth E. Lewis earned her a.b. in Greek from Stanford University in May 1909. She married William Henry Tucker, class of 1908,
in 1910.
