Abstract: This collection contains a scrapbook created by San Diego College for Women student, Linda Gary. The scrapbook includes photographs,
newspaper clippings, invitations, and programs from theatre performances.

Biographical Note
Linda Gary attended the San Diego College for Women from 1957 until her graduation in 1961. During her time at SDCW she participated
in Freshman Follies, Christmas pageants, and the Alcalá Park Players. After graduation she began teaching at Cabrillo School
in San Diego. In Spring 1992, she was teaching English as a second language in Coronado.
Scope and Content Note
This collection contains a scrapbook created by San Diego College for Women student, Linda Gary ("Tippy"). The scrapbook is
Gary's documentation of her life as a student. Scrapbook materials include welcome letters in advance of Gary's arrival to
campus, notes from fellow students, course schedules, invitations to and photographs of campus events, newspaper clippings,
and programs for theatre performances. In addition to photographs taken at events, photographs of Gary and her classmates,
and of theatre performances are included.
Arrangement
The scrapbook remains in its original order.
