Photograph album containing 79 pages of over 350 snapshots taken in the early 1900s.

The photographer was Ruth Everett, daughter of Sylvester T. Everett, a wealthy Cleveland financier, friend of President Garfield and owner of the largest home on Millionaire's Row in Cleveland. Everett also owned homes in Penrose, North Carolina (Blue Ridge Mountains) and Santa Barbara, California.
