Description
Contains a series of photographs taken on a Union Pacific Railway line with heavy snow in April 1890 on Alpine Pass in Colorado.
Background
The Jull Manufacturing Company was started by Orange Jull. He invented and developed the Jull Centrifugal Snow Excavator, an upgrade to the rotary slowplow (which he also invented but sold the rights to the Leslie Brothers).
