plan, interior elevations, details, and plot plan. This house was originally the Bolton house, built in 1906 by Greene & Greene.
Tim Andersen is an architect who practiced in Pasadena, Calif. until 1989, when he moved to Seattle, Wash. His practice consists
of mostly residential projects and renovations.
Drawings were Found In Collection (FIC) in early 2019; possibly part of the David Gebhard private collection
