Historical note

The Faculty Advisory Committee was a committee within the the Seaver Faculty Association (SFA) of Seaver College at Pepperdine University. SFA was voted into existence in 1995, as a new incarnation of its predecessor, the Faculty Organization of Seaver College (FOSC). The purpose of SFA was to provide a forum for faculty members to discuss academic and professional matters, communicate as a single body with the Pepperdine administration, and stay involved in the governance of Seaver College.
