The investigation by the Independent Counsel extended into Shultz's Stanford years and although the bulk of the documentary evidence is arranged and described in the Secretary of State series: Iran-Contra File, additional related materials may be found in the Stanford Years series.

Seitz, Raymond: Notebooks 1982-1984

Scope and Contents

The notebooks record conversations, meetings, and events that occurred while Seitz was serving as executive assistant to the secretary of state. Boxes 1109-1114 contain transcripts of Seitz dictation that are expanded prose versions of the notebookss. Box 1109-1112 have sections of the transcripts arranged by subject in chronological order, and box 1115 holds the original handwritten spiral notebooks. The transcript pages adn copies have underlinings, marked passages, and some marginal notes.
