This series contains drawings, blueprints, and watercolor renderings of buildings designed by Brandt in both Chicago, Illinois and the Ventura County area of California (specifically Ojai and Oxnard). Some of the projects only contain watercolor drawings, while other projects have both original drawings and ink on linen drawings. This series also includes Brandt's diploma from the Ecole des Beaux-Arts and his architect's license from the state of Illinois.
