professor of Biochemistry and Nutrition, Harry J. Deuel, Jr. (1897-1956). The correspondence includes letters and get well
soon cards sent to Deuel, and letters of sympathy sent to his wife, Grace C. Deuel. The clippings cover various reports on
Deuel's career and tenure at USC.
Harry J. Deuel, Jr. served as USC Dean of Graduate School from 1949-1956 and was a professor of Biochemistry and Nutrition
from 1929-1956.
