    The Collection is comprised of surveys, community development and environmental plans, proposals, contracts, correspondence, photographs, and film. Community plans consist of health care center construction plans, road construction and worker rights assistance.

    The collection is arranged into 4 series.
    Series I: Programs and Reports Inclusive Dates: 1957-1981 Arrangement: Alphabetical and thereunder chronological
    Series I is comprised of Programs and Reports. The files include community development plans and surveys; Barrio housing plans; business and quarterly reports; and environmental impact reports.
    Series II: Publications Inclusive Dates: 1971-1981 Arrangement: Alphabetical and thereunder chronological
    This series is comprised of Publications, 1971-1981, arranged in alphabetical order.
    Series III: Correspondence Inclusive Dates: 1973-1979 Arrangement: Alphabetical
    This series is comprised of correspondence.
    Series IV: Audiovisual Materials Inclusive Dates: 1972-1975 Arrangement: Alphabetical
    This series is comprised of audiovisual materials dating from 1972-1975. Film formats include Sony video tapes for helical scan video recorders (V-32) and a video cassette. The bulk of material documents Maravilla P.A.C. Meetings and the plans for the Delphi Community. Subjects include Esteban Ed Torres during his congressional campaign and slides of L.A. County.
