Biography/Administrative History
The Sunnyvale-Cupertino Chapter of the AAUW was started in 1962 and is still active. The American Association of University
Women (AAUW) was founded in 1881 and promotes equity and education for women and girls.
Scope and Content of Collection
Scrapbooks documenting the activities of the Sunnyvale-Cupertino Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW)
from the branch's inception in 1962 through 2014. There are 9 volumes, as well as one titled, "First 30 Years 1962-1992".
Records also include one volume of Minutes (1975-1984) and a binder of recipes and Gourmet Section activities (1960s, 1970s).
