Description
Thirteen black-and-white photographs of buildings on Everest Rancho, a citrus ranch [and land development company?] owned by Hiram B. Everest, in Arlington, Riverside County, California, dated June 1902-Feb. 1904.

1 album (13 photographic prints) : b&w, 19 x 26 cm (album)

Photographs (12.3 x 15.6 cm) are mounted on the first thirteen stiff beige paper leaves, with captions and dates below in brown ink in a contemporary hand; remaining nine leaves have been left blank.

Bound in black pebbled morocco, with spine and corners in smooth grain; gold-stamped spine title "Riverside", with no. "44" above; glossy textured white endpapers; manufacturer's label on inside rear cover: "The Eclipse Album Patented (Interchangeable Leaves). Felix Reifschneider, New York, U.S.A."

Spec. Coll. copy: In modern beige and white cloth clamshell box, with velcro closure. Box label "Riverside. 94/15."
