early membership ledgers.
Background
Svea Lodge No. 348 San Jose was organized on August 16, 1916, by Edward Anderson and is a member of Golden Gate District No.
12, the VASA Order of America. Its members meet to share Nordic culture and tradition. The remainder of the San Jose lodge's
archives are housed with the Vasa Order of America National Archives.
