Includes family correspondence, mementos of Julia Norton's transatlantic voyage, and her work in the American Red Cross. Norton
graduated from Vassar College in 1916. In 1918 she traveled to France and worked with refugees in Paris.
Also included is an anonymous 13-page typescript in English of the refugee situation at Aigion, Greece (northern Peloponnese)
describing the plight of the refugees and the daily activities of the local American Red Cross workers, among whom was Norton.
