Record Series 813 contains the collected records of the Westwood Hills Property Owners Association, covering a period from
the early seventies to 2002. Included are environmental impact reports and development plans created by UCLA throughout this
time, as well as correspondence, organizational materials, and newspaper clippings.
Background
Established in 1958, the Westwood Hills Property Owners Association (WHPOA) is a volunteer neighborhood organization which
has been dedicated to protecting homeowners' interests in and around Westwood, monitoring such issues as housing, noise, transportation,
and local business.
