Description
Materials collected by Randy Miller documenting his role as an AIDS activist and organizer in various organizations including Gay Men of Color Commission, Human Rights Commission, Lesbian and Gay Democratic Club, and the National Task Force on AIDS Prevention.
Background
Randy Miller was an incredibly busy activist involved in a broad range of issues, but most of his efforts went into AIDS education and prevention and GLBT advocacy. He was particularly focused on issues facing minorities and men and women of color, and on local as well as national politics. Like many other activists at the time, Miller was involved with a multitude of organizations and causes.
