Reporting Period: The fiscal year ran from July 1 to June 30 until 1916 at which time it converted to the calendar year. Two reports were issued for 1916; one ending June 30, the other December 31. Unless otherwise indicated, annual reports cover the year ending June 30 until 1916 and with 1917, the calendar year. Holdings: Multiple copies are not indicated.
