Title:

Storage and seasoning yard. Lumber from ship-side drawn to yard and piled by hand. Note 2" x 4" stickers (separators) projecting beyond the ends of the boards to protect the ends against direct sun & to prevent end-checking. On #7 note slope of pile toward alley-way.
