Title:

Long padlocked, untenanted, abandoned to termites and decay, this dump becomes a shipyard worker's hotel again with virtually nothing new except a sign. Each small, dreary room is the residence of several shipyard workers or their families. "Single rooms" are almost unobtainable at any price; landlords will not rent them.
