G.H. Lupton, No. 4561, arr. June 18-1878, Burglary, sent to San Quentin for 1½ years. Arrested again March 16th, 1880. Charge: Murder, sentenced to 14 years. December 22nd, 1903, sentenced to death for the murder of J. Gilesce at 11th & Mission streets and executed in prison on January 6th, 1905.
